This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to Nine Two Twenty Pty Ltd ABN 50 660 552 198 trading as DB Active ("DB Active", "we", "our", "us"). It covers our website https://dbactive.co any associated platforms we operate, and any other services we provide to you.

By tagging @dbactive or using our branded hashtags on social media, you grant us permission to:

  • Use your name or handle for identification purposes.
  • Modify content where necessary for formatting, without notice.

You confirm that you own the rights to your content, have permission from anyone featured in it, and that our use does not infringe third-party rights. DB Active is not liable for third-party claims related to your content.
