For orders shipping to the United States and Canada, all tariffs, duties, and import taxes are included at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no surprise fees on delivery — we guarantee it.

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD
Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
Express Shipping: 15 AUD

We offer both Standard (DHL eCommerce) and Express (DHL Express) international shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

USA: Duties & tariffs included in checkout price (no extra fees on delivery).
CANADA: Duties & tariffs included in checkout price (no extra fees on delivery).
All other countries: Customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification containing your tracking number. We use Australia Post or DHL couriers, who will deliver your package straight to you!
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. If any changes are necessary, they should be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
