Returns & Exchanges

At DB Active, finding the perfect fit is important to us, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the below conditions.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer an exchange or store credit. In order for your return to be accepted, the item/s must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached and with the original packaging. If the item/s do not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional cost.

To request an exchange, please use our returns portal and follow the instructions.

 

Faulty Item Returns

If you believe that you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@dbactive.co and include your order number and images of the faulty area. Our dedicated team will work to resolve this as a matter of priority.

 

Processing Your Return

Once your parcel has been received by the DB Active team, it will be assessed and processed within 3 - 5 business days. Once resolved, you will receive an email with the details of your processed return. Refunds will be returned via the payment method in which the original purchase was made. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. 

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

  • Refunds, store credits and exchanges exclude the cost of shipping as well as any duties, taxes, or international fees paid at checkout.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

International Returns

If you are returning from outside Australia, please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
